Uniscrow is a pure software escrow, basically, if you are a seller you can prepare an offer in the Transaction page and then share the offer with a buyer.
If the Buyer is not an Uniscrow user already he or she will receive an email with a link to join.
If he accepts the invite and then he also accepts the terms of your offer then we create a smart contract to be deployed in the Polygon blockchain where the buyer can make a deposit in USDC stablecoin.
When the seller claims the completion of the shipping or the milestone agreed he requests to release the sum in his favor. Then the buyer can check and accept the request so the funds are released to the seller.
If after 10 days from the seller claim to receive the funds, If the buyer take no action or make no challenge to the seller's claim then the sum is released to the seller by Uniscrow.
